The online Stress Control Programme is currently live for free evidenced based stress prevention and stress management to improve mental wellbeing. Following the sessions and the timetable above and attached. As well as the YouTube videos there are free resources available on www.stresscontrol.ie. HSE Health and Wellbeing are inviting you to attend our upcoming Vaping and E-cigarettes: Get the Facts Webinar, taking place on November 22nd 11am - 12.30pm. Vaping is an emerging risk to the health of children and young people and we will share the facts on trends, current research and the environmental impact of vaping, hear from young people themselves as well as proving useful information for parents, guardians and teachers to protect children and young people from the harms of vaping.
We continue to work with parents and guardians, schools, the Department of Education, Department of Health and all stakeholders to ensure we protect children and young people from the harms of smoking and E-cigarettes.
